May 2018-I wake up on a Saturday morning and ask Chris if we should look for a house with a yard for the kids. June 2018- we meet a very awesome Real Estate agent Jim through our best friends. He told us he would have our house sold before July and promised me I would have my dream house. We started having open houses. First open house we had offers. Within the second week of June we accepted a offer above the price we listed. Every day since we met Jim he has texted us and called us with updates, met almost weekly or more. He found me my dream house and we are going into escrow. Next week we go to Hawaii.
